Delivery times
We've outsourced the shipping of our orders to an external partner. Orders are generally shipped the same day (if ordered and paid on weekdays before 11:00 PM).

Most orders are delivered the next day. However, we cannot guarantee this: delays may occur due to busy carriers and our shipping partner.

For large packages, we are currently seeing delays of 1-2 business days.
Fietsonderdelen Outlet is part of JSshops - The most online bicycle parts at the lowest prices. We don't have a physical store or showroom. Therefore, it's not possible to visit us to view/purchase items in person.

What is the delivery time of my order?

The delivery time of your order depends on the items you ordered.
An estimated delivery time in working days is stated for each item in our webshop.

Has my order already been shipped?

As soon as we ship your order, you'll receive a tracking code by email. If you haven't received it yet, please check your spam folder. Please also note the delivery times listed for each item. We don't ship orders in installments, so the longest delivery time is the determining factor.

Has the delivery time stated for each item passed and you haven't received a tracking email yet? Please send us an email or ticket with your order number. We'll check the status of your shipment and send you an update as soon as possible.

Which Saddle on Bar model fits my bike?

There are a total of 5 Saddle on Bar models, 2 for men's bicycles and 3 for women's bicycles.

Unfortunately, we can't determine which model fits your bike based on the type/model of your bike. However, if you send us a photo of your bike, clearly showing the frame, we can usually tell you which model you need.
