We offer 1/4" balls and 3/16" balls to replace loose balls or ball rings in the headset. The copper spray is used to prevent wear and binding of screw connections exposed to high temperatures. Lubricant: Grease or Oil?

This makes grease better suited for larger parts subject to extreme conditions, such as high pressure and temperatures. Oil primarily protects the parts against corrosion and aging.

For example, you use bearing grease for fast-moving components like the bottom bracket bearings and hubs. You can lubricate your bike chain with chain oil, and brake fluid is, yes, for the brakes.

Cleaning supplies and maintenance

Your bike also needs a good scrubbing every now and then. This is especially true if you enjoy mountain biking in the woods; things can get quite muddy there. But even if you only use your bike for grocery shopping, you should give it a good cleaning regularly.
