How does it work?

Register return

1. Sign up

Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order using the button below, select the items to be returned, and choose your preferred return method.

Return packing

2. Packing

Pack the items in a sturdy box and include the original packing slip. The box should not be larger than 60x60cm. (DHL).
Stick the return label on the package and don't forget to remove the old shipping label.

Send return

3. Send

Take your package to a drop-off point within one week of registering it.

Refund return

4. Refund

Once our shipping partner has received your return, you will receive a refund or an adjusted invoice within 14 business days (usually much sooner).

Return multiple orders in one box
You can return multiple orders to us in a single box. To do this, you'll need to find a suitable, sturdy box that will fit all the items undamaged and arrive intact. You can also return one order in our returns portal. Include a return form or note with all the order numbers in the box itself.


Incorrectly received/damaged item
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@fietsonderdelenoutlet.nl. We're very sorry to hear this and will try to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please include photos of the damaged item and, if possible, photos of the shipping box in your email so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have to return my product?

Under the Distance Selling Act, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your item. During this period, you can decide whether or not you want to keep your order. If you're unable to return the item within 14 days, please contact us and we'll work it out together.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Return shipping is at the customer's own risk. You can choose to insure your return. In any case, please request proof of shipment.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to personally return an item to our shipping partner in Etten-Leur.

Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item? Please contact us about a return. We're happy to resolve any errors on our part as best we can!

When can I expect my money back?

We'll refund your money to your account within 14 days of receiving your return. We'll use the same payment method you used to pay for the item.

Can business customers also return items?

While the cooling-off period only applies to consumers, we also accept returns from business customers. Instead of a refund, they will receive a discount code for the returned products.

Returns Policy

Upon delivery of products:

  • When purchasing products, consumers* have the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons within 14 days. This cooling-off period begins on the day after the consumer, or a representative designated by the consumer in advance and made known to the company, receives the product.
  • During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it. If they exercise their right of withdrawal, they will return the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
  • If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they are obligated to notify the entrepreneur within 14 days of receiving the product. This notification must be made by email or by completing the returns form. The consumer will receive instructions regarding the return shipment by email. After the consumer has indicated that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered goods were returned on time, for example, with proof of shipment.
    Shipments returned without prior notification or refused upon delivery cannot be processed automatically. This may cause processing delays. This also incurs additional costs, some of which we must pass on (€6.45).
  • If the customer has not indicated that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal after the periods mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 have expired, or has not returned the product to the entrepreneur, the purchase is final.

When providing services:

  • When providing services, the consumer has the option to cancel the contract without giving any reason for at least 14 days, starting on the day the contract is concluded.
  • In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the consumer will follow the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur with the offer and/or at the latest upon delivery.

Costs in case of revocation

  • If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they will be responsible for the costs of returning the item. Within the Netherlands, returning a package up to 10kg costs €6.45 via DHL and €7.25 via PostNL.
  • If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received by the online retailer or conclusive proof of complete return can be provided.
  • Was your order greater than the minimum amount for free shipping, meaning you didn't pay any shipping costs? In the case of a partial return, we can still charge these shipping costs if the value of the items you keep falls below the minimum amount.
  • If your package cannot be delivered, it will be taken to a collection point. If you don't collect it there, we will unfortunately have to charge €6.45 (within the Netherlands) for return shipping. Once the package is returned to us, your order will be (partially) cancelled. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal

  • The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products as described in paragraphs 2 and 3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if the entrepreneur has clearly stated this in the offer, at least in good time before the conclusion of the agreement.
  • Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
    a. which have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
    b. that are clearly personal in nature;
    c. which by their nature cannot be returned;
    d. which can spoil or become obsolete quickly;
    e. whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
    f. for individual newspapers and magazines;
    g. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
    h. for hygienic products of which the consumer has broken the seal.
  • Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for services:
    a. relating to accommodation, transport, restaurant business or leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period;
    b. the supply of which has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the cooling-off period has expired;
    c. relating to betting and lotteries.
