Ingredients:
Dextrose (45%), fructose (31%), maltodextrin (16%), minerals (calcium lactate, potassium phosphate, magnesium citrate, trisodium citrate, sodium chloride), dried lemon (3%), acid (citric acid), flavouring, colour (beta-carotene).

Preparation method (per portion)
Mix 1 heaped scoop of powder (approx. 25 grams) with 500 ml of water. Stir or shake well before use.

Recommended use: Consume during exercise in small sips every 10-15 minutes (approximately 500ml per hour of exercise). This product is a food supplement. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry, closed place at room temperature.
