The Simson E-bike V-Brake brake pads are specially designed to handle the heavier loads of high speeds and a high weight of an e-bike. These extra-wide pads (80 mm) have a large braking surface for faster braking. The pads are made of a specially formulated hard rubber that withstands high wear and tear.
The Simson e-bike brake pad has an asymmetrical shape for better pressure distribution and improved positioning of the brake pad on the rim. Loosen the worn brake pad from the brake using an Allen key. Install the new brake pad with the Allen key facing the correct direction of travel, keeping both sides equally spaced from the rim. Simson e-bike brake pads are supplied in pairs.
